更新概要
Joomla! 3.1 Beta 3 與預計 4/16 發佈的 Joomla! 3.1 在功能方面並無二致，擴充套件開發者在此版本的測試結果應可推導至 Joomla! 3.1 正式版本。
與 Beta 1 相同，同樣建議站長們不要將此版本作為正式網站運作之用。
截至目前為止的 Joomla! 3.1 新增功能列表如下，Beta 3 新增部分以粗體字表示。
